Best granola ever!

BBG is one of my favorite brunch recipes. Put 1/3 C buckwheat in 2/3 C water and bring to boil, then cut heat and simmer for 5 minutes, covered. Serve in bowl, adding Rainbow Trout Kitchen granola and blueberries. Milk or kefir can be added to make the dish creamy.

This is definitely my new favorite! Most packaged granola is too sweet for my taste. I find Rainbow Trout to be the perfect blend of simple ingredients. So glad I found you….I’m hooked!!
