Refund policy

Customer satisfaction means everything to us.  With the same care we use to bake RTK granola, we hand pack every order.  If you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know within 7 days at our contact page. We will do our best to make it right. 

Damages and Issues:  Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if your shipment is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product.  Any damaged product will be replaced without charge. If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will replace the item. 

RTK is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen after the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided with the order. 

Refunds:  We do not accept returns for refunds.
