Chocolate, Butterscotch, Nuts & Coconut on a Granola Base!
Sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy - Magic Granola Bars are a winner! This simple recipe offers a tasty combo of simple ingredients that work beautifully together. Easy to make, easy to pick up on the go - these are perfect for summer snacking or back-to-school lunch boxes!

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Line the 9 x 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease well.

In a medium bowl, combine the crunched up granola and melted butter.

Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of the pan using a spatula or large spoon to form a base of granola for the bars.

Cook crust for 8 minutes, then let it cool.

Pour the can of condensed milk over the crust.

Sprinkle chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, nuts and coconut flakes on top.

Press gently on the toppings with the back of a spoon or spatula.

Bake 20 minutes or until coconut begins to turn brown. The goal is to melt the toppings a bit.

Cool completely, then cut into small squares. Refrigerating the bars will speed up the cooling!
